Matt has a broad range of experience leading teams as the 3rd party manager, coordinating during design and construction with Union Pacific Railroad, UTA, canal companies, and other impacted utility companies. He has functioned as the 3rd party manager on notable projects such as the Mountain View 4100 South to SR-201, I-15 CORE ($1.1 Billion total construction project), UDOT Access Utah County (AUC), Legacy Parkway Phase II project.
Matt has extensive experience negotiating supplemental agreements between UDOT and 3rd Party utility and canal entities, easement, right-of-way, and railroad coordination. He has expertise in managing multiple project components, keeping the critical path moving forward while providing alternatives and solutions to challenges inherent with any transportation project. Matt’s overall project delivery experience will be valuable as he leads the QC/QA.
