Skyline Engineering and CMT Testing Services LLC has established a Certified CMT Lab in Elmwood La. providing a full range of CMT testing and inspection services. Teamed with SRIRAMA LLC we offer DBE Services to Clients needing DBE Support on Federal, State or City Projects. Our Elmwood facility is focused on the New Orleans and South Louisiana region.

Mike Edgerly has established Quality CMT testing laboratories in three countries (Jamaica, Doha Qatar) and in four states. He has 40 years of experience in Construction Management Inspection and CMT Testing including developing and managing Quality Management Plans on projects and transportation organizations establishing new labs, upgrading existing CMT facilities including quality processes to ensure appropriate standards are established.
