Skyline has led planning, design and construction teams on very large complex infrastructure projects worldwide including Doha Qatar and Jamaica. Skyline has developed a local team of professionals in Houston, New Orleans, and Jamaica, augmented by expert technical staff in the US. Our firm is built on providing innovative solutions to challenging infrastructure projects: hydrology, hydraulics and potable water systems, heavy civil, buildings, capital infrastructure planning and programming.

Our Commercial Management and Contract Management staff can provide alternative procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost effect delivery of large complex projects. We look forward to making an impact in our communities. Our Founding

Michael Edgerly, PE

ALWAYS DEDICATED AND DEVOTED

Skyline Engineering, Construction Management, and Environmental Services was founded in 2000 by Michael Edgerly as a small engineering and environmental company providing services in the northwest and Alaska. Moving the company to Florida in 2006 and expanding to 3 divisions and 118 personnel.

Skyline is now based in Houston Texas with offices in New Orleans and Kingston Jamaica, teamed with strategic partners to provide services throughout the Southeast United States and the Caribbean. Skyline is an ISO 9001 firm establishing our Jamaica Company Skyline Consulting Limited in Kingston in March 2023.
