Skyline offers planning and design services for site development for residential, commercial and industrial development. These services include storm drainage design, walkway and bike-way design, wetland mitigation, permitting, utility relocations and installations, curb and gutter, sidewalks, illumination and traffic control.
ROADWAY INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN, PORT OF SKAMANIA COUNTY LT INDUSTRIAL/ BUSINESS CAMPUS – NORTH BONNEVILLE, WA
The project consisted of the development of a 44-acre light industrial/business campus in North Bonneville, WA including the roadway design for acceleration and deceleration lanes on Washington State Route 14, design, and location of the entrance road and the infrastructure for the Business Campus. Additional responsibilities include: Master Planning, Public Involvement, Permitting, SEPA and NEPA Permitting, Site Civil, Waterline, Sanitary Sewer Design, Stormwater and landscaping designs and cost estimates. A unique site-grading contract was prepared to allow for the removal of 750,000 cubic yards of material placed on the site during the excavation for Bonneville Dam in 1987. Skyline personnel performed project management, senior civil design, and public meetings and developed site grading and assisted in the master planning.
ESTACADA RIVERMILL INFRASTRUCTURE & ESTACADA INDUSTRIAL CAMPUS, CITY OF ESTACADA, OR
Skyline provide planning, permitting, survey, design and construction management for a 32-acre industrial /business campus project. Skyline designed roads, highway access, curbs, storm drainage, a 550-gpm well pump station, gravity sewer and water distribution pipeline system.
WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY-VANCOUVER, MASTER PLANNING, PHASE II & PHASE III CIRCULATION IMPROVEMENTS
Skyline worked on the Master Planning for the development of this new 350-acre university campus providing the planning for the phased build out of a total of 35 university buildings, road infrastructure including parking, bike routes, trails, civil improvement for water, sewer, stormwater, detention and drainage. Skyline continued with the design and construction management of all on-site and off-site infrastructure improvements for Phases II & III. Circulation Improvements have included over three and one-half miles of new roadway including the widening of 1/4 mile of NE 29th Avenue and improvements at NE 50th. Substantial Parking lots and internal circulation roads and trails.
